Within the data display and data entry modules, all information displayed is filtered through a security hierarchy.  Agency Administrators can see all data within their entity.  Super Users can see all content of those within their counties.  Power Users – usually Program Managers and Supervisors - can see data related to their section.  Sections are groups of people doing the same function in the same general location.  Finally, an End User is limited to editing and viewing data that has been created by his/her own ID only.  If desired, a county can opt to display all records in their county to each other’s power users rather than having a program-specific view

There are situations where access to data is required but specific information regarding the client is not allowed.  Since the display screen module is a product of specific queries, fields can be omitted and added as necessary, wrapped as a “tool” and assigned to specific users only.  Furthermore, the system allows for hiding of fields from specific user levels on a security level basis.  Within the data entry module, the fields can be secured from entry if necessary.  Report screens can be configured to display records in a view-only mode or an add/edit mode.

A HIPAA security agreement is signed between 2H Systems and the Agency using the product before storing any confidential client information.  No Social Security Numbers or credit card numbers are stored in the database at any time.
