Step 5: Menu Control Allowed?

After clicking on the TEST MENU button, you
should have seen a sub-menu
with "Click Here". If you did not did you see the sub-menu, the menu
control has not installed.

Reports) for an example on how to install the
menu, and then refresh this page (press F5).

Step 6: Allowed Port Communication?

You should see an "Port Communication Test
Successful" with a description in red text.

You should see a yellow page with a "popcorn" icon.

Step 8: Refresh Content Every Time?

Your browser should be configured to refresh
page content every time it "sees" the page - not "Automatically" as
is usually the case.

Step 9: Line Speed Check:

You can test your connection speed
at: http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
or http://www.2wire.com/bandwidth/initialmeter.php . The
Online Web Framework requires at least a 56 kbs/sec connection - preferrably
with a dialup accelerator.
